Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Hot Springs Jeep Fest.
Location: Garland County Fairgrounds
Cost: 10x10 – Outside - $100
10x20 – Outside - $200
Add Electricity - $25
Shopping Hours: 9am – 5pm Friday & Saturday
All booths are located outside on the grass. Your space will be marked, and you must stay within that space. You must provide your own tables, chairs, and tents. If you need electricity, please make sure to add it to your applications.
No Refunds – Rain or Shine. In the case of rain, we do have options to move booths indoors and under covered awnings. Those determinations will be made by the HSJF Staff, as needed.
SETUP: Set up is available on Thursday, May 4, 2023, from 1pm-10pm; Friday morning, May 5, 2023, from 6am – 9am. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP FOR SHOPPING BY 9AM AND ALL VEHICLES REMOVED FROM THE VENDOR AREA. NO EXCEPTIONS.
TAKE DOWN: No early take downs; There will be designated staff directing vehicles to load. However, please note that we will still have shoppers on the property until 10pm both evenings. You are welcome to keep your booth open for all traffic, if desired. Sunday morning take down is available until 10am.
PLEASE PICK UP YOUR AREA AND DO NOT LEAVE TRASH!
