Participation Rules & Waiver
📅 November 15, 2025 | 🕙 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Caddo Co-Op, 109 Valley Street, Arkadelphia, Arkansas 71923

  1. Event Hours
The Jeep Poker Run will take place from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. All participants must complete their route and turn in their poker cards by the closing time. Each registration includes one vehicle and one Poker Run card. Additional riders who are seat-belted passengers may be registered for $10 each at the time of registration. Please note that individual cards will not be issued without a full vehicle registration.

  2. Stops & Cards
The Poker Run includes six total stops across Clark and Pike Counties. There’s no time limit—this is a casual, scenic ride. You must complete at least five stops to qualify for a poker hand. Complete all six stops and you’ll earn an extra draw—allowing you to drop your worst card for a better hand.

  3. Card Turn-In Deadline
All stamped cards must be turned in no later than 1:15 PM on event day at the Caddo Co-Op event site. No exceptions. Time will be verified using cell phone clocks. If you’re in line at the deadline, you’ll still be eligible to submit your hand.

  4. Questions or Concerns
Any questions during the event can be directed to Tri-Lakes CASA staff or volunteers at the staging areas. If needed, they will contact the Event Coordinator.

  5. Respect Our Hosts
Please be respectful of all parks, trails, and businesses that are part of this event.
    🚫 No littering.
🐾 All animal handlers must clean up after their animals.
Let’s keep our communities beautiful—leave no trace and no “poo-poo” behind!

  6. Winners Announcement
Winning hands will be announced at 1:45 PM during the post-run celebration at the event site in Caddo Valley.
